For Physicians.
Physician membership is available to any physician.
The minimum contribution is $100 annually.
Only LSMS members physicians may serve on the PhysiciansPAC Board of Directors. In order to serve on the Board:
- A physician must contribute at least $1,000 annually.
- A Resident/Fellow must contribute at least $500 annually.
For Individuals.
Individual memberships are available to non-physician family members and friends.
The minimum contribution is $100 annually.
For Companies.
Corporate memberships are available to any physician practice, hospital, company or organization interested in supporting Physicians PAC.
Corporate contributors may designate individuals to serve as Physicians PAC members at a rate determined by the board.
LSMS member physicians named as a designee for a corporate membership are eligible to serve as a member of the Physicians PAC Board of Directors, provided total contributions made in their name meet the $1,000 requirement.
